Groups & Workshops
We offer groups and workshops on a rotating basis. If these options don’t work for you, we always encourage you to check back in the future!
WellBeings – two day workshop
WellBeings is designed, at the core, for us to identify and break patterns that keep us from living as our most whole and authentic selves – or well beings – if you will. This workshop is rooted in research on relational attachment, codependency and shame, adapted specifically with the LGBTQIA+ community in mind. We will begin with hands-on instruction on shame and attachment, followed by a guided somatic breathwork session.
WellBeings is facilitated by Isaac Archuleta, a leader in understanding shame, attachment, relationships, and codependency in the LGBTQIA+ community. You will have the opportunity to connect with multiple facilitators, learn about yourself and your relational patterns, develop better understanding of your desires, and participate in somatic practices.
Participants will receive 10+ hours of instruction, a workbook, a facilitated somatic breathwork session, and resources for next steps. Light refreshments are also provided, and we’ll break for lunch, which is on your own.

Supporting Your LGBTQIA+ Child:
Are you the parent of an LGBTQIA+ child? Do you worry about your child’s well-being, their developmental path, and your ability to be a loving supportive parent for your queer or tans child? Whether you are wanting to support your out and proud child, or learning of their sexual orientation or gender identity for the first time, or want to understand the LGBTQIA+ identity more, we have a group for you.
Over 4 weeks, you’ll get to spend time interacting and getting to know other parents of queer and trans children. Facilitated by Isaac Archuleta and Everett Dietzler, you will get to learn more about their experiences as queer and trans therapists, and Isaac will share from his experiences as a queer son of two religious parents. In this group, we will take a deep dive into how living closeted and developmental trauma diminishes your child’s ability to live authenticially—in their friendships, their careers, and in their adult relationships. We will explore the dynamics of shame and how they might affect your child’s ability to take care of themselves. And more importantly, we will teach what you can do about it – how you can “trauma-proof” your child. By the end of our time together, we want you to confidently create the attachment repairs that will allow your children them to live fulfilling and whole lives, especially the ones they share with you.
