Personal Philosophy & Additional Information
E believes that healing is a co-created process—one that honors every client as the expert of their own experience. Their work is inspired by the principle:
“Assume you have more in common with someone than not.”
Rick Doblin, MAPS Founder
Becoming a therapist was E’s third professional chapter, following careers in general contracting and barbering. During the pandemic, while behind the barber chair, they began noticing signs of depression and hopelessness in clients. This pivotal moment sparked a calling to serve others more deeply through mental health.
E’s personal and professional evolution has shaped their commitment to harm reduction, emotional honesty, and radical inclusion. They are particularly passionate about men’s mental health, religious trauma, and the intersection of personal identity with collective experience.
In therapy with E, clients can expect a safe, collaborative, and spiritually attuned space—one where healing is not only possible but transformative. Each path is fluid and adaptable, guided by curiosity, trust, and deep respect for the individual journey.
