Has the coronavirus left you with unthinkable questions and new realities?
Thoughts like, “Why is my depression darker than ever before?” or “Am I unfit as a partner because I’m defaulting to old patterns and shameful habits?”
Many of us in the LGBTQ community wonder why we’re:
- craving sex and touch with higher-than-ever intensity
- experiencing paralyzing anxiety or
- questioning our otherwise satisfying relationships.
In these LGBTQ workshops, you will work alongside a licensed professional counselor and other LGBTQ individuals across the nation, to form tangible, life-changing resolutions. From week to week, you’ll take steps to create the life you most deeply crave in a safe and confidential online environment. You don’t have to hold the weight any longer. We’ve got you covered.

How Much Does It Cost?
Due to COVID-19, financial responsiblity, and our love for the LGBTQ community, we’re offering these workshops at $45 a week (for 4 weeks) or $165 if you purchase the 4-week package.
Sex, Grindr & RelationTips
An online workshop tailored to help gay couples and LGBTQ singles understand their love lives and relational patterns from the inside out.
Focusing on how we manage (or fail) to communicate our relational needs, our discussions will deepen your self-understanding and relational confidence. You’ll learn how to avoid repeating arguments, as well as the skills to create new, functional patterns, sexually and relationally. Often, queer people joke that they have commitment issues. But what if something deeper is going on underneath?
Setting the backdrop of our time together, you’ll take a deep dive into understanding how we get trapped into performing for others (a nice gift from our time in the closet) and why we feel inadequate for, yet resistant to the love we most deeply want. You’ll examine compulsive emotional cravings for other people, sex, and thrill and why you might feel unsatisfied inside relationships.
We’ll explore why so many of us are sexually aroused like caged lions during shelter in place orders and use these insights to guide you towards the relational and sex lives you so desperately crave.
Use social distancing to your advantage. Take this time to learn about yourself and create true relational and sexual satisfaction.
Workshops are offered during the week and on the weekends: Mondays at 5 PM, Thursdays at 5 PM and Saturdays at 7 AM Mountain Time. Register soon. There’s only 12 spots per group!
Anxiety will leave you trembling in the nightmare that casts the worst case scenario as reality. The flight, fight, or freeze mechanism that turns on anxiety and turns off rational thinking, rational language, and concentration will have you gasping for relief. Bessel Vander Kolk, MD, describes anxiety best, “Because rational thinking and rational language are suppressed, the body can’t process anxiety. The body’s only option is to keep reliving it.” If you’re ready to exit this looping anxiety—repeated thoughts or worries—this workshop will provide the tools to get the job done.
In this online workshop you will learn about anxiety in the body, specifically: 1) what turns it on, 2) what sustains it, 3) how the body becomes ‘wedged’ in ‘on’ mode, and, of course 4) how to deconstruct those systems. You’ll not only learn tools to turn off your anxiety, but you’ll also practice them with a licensed therapist coaching you at every step of the process.
We’ll give you skills to retrain your central nervous system so you can avoid anxiety altogether. We’ll provide all the resources you need to make an anxiety-free life a reality.
No more feeling alone in your living room. No more staying awake wondering how everything will finally become normal. No more wasting precious time. Take advantage of social distancing to create the relief for which you’ve been desperate.
Workshops are offered during the week and on the weekends: Mondays a 9 AM, Wednesdays at 5 PM, Thursdays at 12 PM, and Saturdays at 9 AM Mountain Time Zone. Register soon. There’s only 12 spots per group!

Has COVID-19 left you feeling stuck and down? Depression is never an invited guest. You may be stumped, wondering where it came from, why it chose to torment you, but most importantly, how to make it go away. Will the black cloud you’ve experienced these last few weeks stay forever?
In this online workshop you will learn about depression and its close cousin, anxiety. We will dive into what turns it on and how you can unravel the knot that keeps you bound to hopelessness.
You’ll take time to examine the components of your life that leave you constantly feeling empty and how to activate confidence to shape your reality. We’ll address the ways in which constant worry depletes your body of its sustaining resources and what you can do to dramatically shift your trajectory.
Fill the isolation with the skills you need to reassemble your life. Take advantage of the time you now have and take back the power.
Workshops are offered on Tuesdays at 5 PM Mountain Time. Register soon. There’s only 12 spots per group!

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
“After years of struggling with anxiety, unwanted behaviors, and utterly debilitating low self-esteem, I knew there was something better for me, my family, and people just like me.” – Isaac
As a young child, Isaac often felt odd, like a broken boy. After years of being teased by family and peers, Isaac started to hate himself. Growing up in a religious home filled him with both hope and deeply entrenched shame.
After surveying his religious beliefs and sexuality, with several years in therapy, Isaac found a resting spot that felt holistically authentic. He now offers professional help to help those navigating the road he’s journeyed.
Isaac uses a model that is based on relational repair – whether that be a focus on one’s relationship with their self, another, or their higher power, as well as relationships with a substance or an unwanted pattern. He diagnoses how the relational pattern was set up, how it remains dysfunctional, and what needs to be achieved to help you accomplish your goals. Isaac uses Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing, as well as other treatment interventions to help you quickly and easily.
Isaac has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He is invited to speak at conferences and forums across the nation, contributes to The Huffington Post, and hosts weekend seminars for couples, individuals, and religious parents of children in the LGBT+ community.
Isaac is as warm as he is knowledgeable, and is excited by the opportunity to walk along side you as you progress through your story.
Meeting the specific needs that you may have, individual sessions are tailored to fully address your challenges with caution, care, and detailed consideration. Working with your primary therapist, you’ll be able to understand the anatomy of your discomfort, what it takes to deconstruct it, and how to build happiness and peace.
Many couples get stuck in the web they created either unintentionally or subconsciously. Your couple’s therapist will be able to determine how the web was made and how to tear it down. We’ll help you communicate efficiently, honoring one another’s version of the truth, and create patterns for staying connected for the long haul.
Parents feel disrespected and frustrated while their children feel trapped and invisible. Although the ongoing power struggle keeps families hopeless, your family therapist will work to dismantle the entrenched dynamics that keep you arguing. It is our goal to ensure you know how to create connectedness, even in the most challenging circumstances.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) can sound very intense, but it’s very easy and highly beneficial. EMDR is incredibly successful in treating anxiety, relational patterns, addictions, and phobias.
“It changed my life! I used to have daily anxiety, but since EMDR I haven’t felt anxious in years.” – Isaac
